What does each package include?

Each package will include a shampoo, conditioner, blow out, nail trim and grind, oral spray, anal gland expression (upon request), haircut and a bandana or bow.

What if my dog is matted?

It will depend on the severity of the matting and will require an evaluation upon check in to see what can be done. Sometimes, if not too severe, the mats can be brushed out with more time, effort and techniques, but will require an additional fee to do so. The amount of the fee will depend on how long it takes. But sometimes mats cannot be brushed out and it is safer and more humane to cut the hair short and get back on a more maintainable schedule.

Is there a timeframe for pick-up?

As this is a one on one grooming salon, pick up will be required a half hour after a “ready” notification is sent. A time quote will be given at check in and you will be able to see an estimated time when booking your appointment. Please communicate with your groomer if the time frame does not work for you. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you the best we can. A fee may apply if picked up later than 30 minutes after completion and without any communication.

Are there any requirements for my dog to be able to come in?

Your dog must be up to date on rabies. Bordatella is strongly advised but not required. Your dog must also be able to go up and down stairs if they are over 25 pounds. If the dog is aggressive, services may be turned down. We may not be able to take dogs over 70 pounds, but please call or text to discuss.

Is there a “No show” or late policy?

If you are unable to make your appointment time please notify us as soon as possible. We understand things come up and we will work with you as best we can but you may be charged a 50% service fee or after 15 minutes past the appointment we may no longer be able to take the appointment to make sure we have time for the next one and a 50% charge will be invoiced.
